Per un nostro Cliente, ScaleUp internazionale che opera nell'intersezione tra innovazione tecnologica e formazione professionale, siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Account con esperienza consolidata nel mondo B2B corporate, che abbia una forte attitudine verso il settore tech/digitale e che voglia contribuire in modo strategico alla crescita commerciale dell’azienda.

Stiamo cercando un/una candidato/a con esperienza nella gestione e nello sviluppo di clienti Corporate e Medium/Large Enterprise, capace di combinare attività di farming (sviluppo e upselling su clienti esistenti) e hunting (acquisizione di nuovi clienti strategici).

La figura ideale proviene preferibilmente da contesti startup o scaleup, oppure da aziende tech, agenzie media o società di consulenza, ed è abituata a lavorare in ambienti in evoluzione, con forte autonomia e ownership sui risultati.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità su clienti Corporate / Medium Large Enterprise
  • Gestire trattative complesse e customizzate
  • Costruire relazioni con decision maker C-level e key stakeholder
  • Definire e implementare strategie di penetrazione su account target
  • Gestire e sviluppare un portafoglio di clienti esistenti
  • Individuare opportunità di upsell e cross-sell
  • Agire come punto di riferimento commerciale per il cliente
  • Forecast accurato e aggiornamento costante del CRM
  • Raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di fatturato assegnati
  • Contribuire alla definizione della strategia commerciale sul mercato

Requisiti:

Requisiti

  • 3/5 anni di esperienza in ruoli Sales B2B nel settore Tech
  • Esperienza nella vendita a Corporate e Large Enterprise
  • Track record dimostrabile su new business e sviluppo clienti
  • Abitudine a vendite consulenziali e cicli di vendita medio-lunghi
  • Forte orientamento al risultato
  • Ottime capacità di negoziazione e comunicazione
  • Capacità di gestire relazioni complesse e multi-stakeholder
  • Approccio strategico e data-driven
  • Autonomia, spirito imprenditoriale e mindset da scaleup
  • Inglese fluente (ambiente internazionale)
