Cosa ti proponiamoAll’interno della Business Unit Public Sector, nell’area dedicata al mercato Difesa, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Senior Account Manager.La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo e nel consolidamento delle relazioni con clienti istituzionali e industriali del settore Difesa, contribuendo alla crescita del business e al rafforzamento del posizionamento di ENG come partner tecnologico strategico.Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilitàGestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti in ambito Difesa (Ministero della Difesa, Forze Armate, enti collegati, prime contractor)Definizione e implementazione della strategia commerciale sugli account assegnatiIdentificazione e sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business, anche attraverso la partecipazione a gare e programmi complessiGestione end-to-end del ciclo di vendita, dalla qualificazione dell’opportunità alla negoziazione e chiusuraCoordinamento con le strutture tecniche per la costruzione di offerte ad elevato contenuto tecnologicoPresidio delle relazioni con stakeholder chiave (C-level, procurement, program manager)Monitoraggio della pipeline commerciale, forecast e risultati economici (ricavi e marginalità)Aggiornamento dei sistemi CRM e reporting verso il managementQualifiche e competenze richiesteEsperienza consolidata (5 anni) in ruoli Sales/Account Management nel settore Difesa o contesti affini (Aerospace, Sicurezza, Pubblica Amministrazione ad alta complessità)Conoscenza delle dinamiche del settore Difesa, dei processi di procurement pubblico e degli stakeholder principaliEsperienza nella gestione di gare pubbliche e contratti complessiCapacità di gestire processi di vendita articolati e multi-stakeholderForte orientamento al risultato e allo sviluppo di nuove opportunitàEccellenti capacità relazionali e negoziali con interlocutori istituzionaliOttime capacità comunicative (italiano e inglese)Cosa cerchiamo nelle nostre personeAmbizione, nel perseguire grandi obiettivi e nell'investire sul miglioramento continuo;Proattività, nell’anticipare e affrontare le sfide con iniziativa;Trasparenza, nel comunicare apertamente e fornire feedback costruttivi;Motivazione a migliorare e a crescere insieme agli altri, manifestando apertura al confronto per favorire la crescita collettiva e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni.Inquadramento e retribuzioneCCNL: MetalmeccanicoLivello: a partire dal livello A1RAL: a partire da 59.000,00 €Benefit: buoni pasto, welfare aziendale, smart working, assicurazione sanitaria, formazioneSede di inserimentoRomaInvia la tua candidatura e raccontaci come puoi fare la differenza.L’annuncio è rivolto a tutti i candidati, senza distinzione di sesso, nel rispetto del Codice delle pari opportunità di cui al D.Lgs. 198/2006 e ss.mm.ii.
