In this role, you drive partner‑led growth in Italy by building and scaling relationships with system integrators and resellers to accelerate revenue and customer success. You will co‑create joint strategies around Agentforce and AI, aligning with field teams to enable adoption and expansion. The position sits at the heart of Salesforce’s Alliances and Partner Sales, shaping partner ecosystems and market strategy. You will engage C‑level partners to drive meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Develop strategic relationships with Italian SI partners and resellers, with C‑level engagement and accountability for business targets
  • Co‑design and execute joint market strategies to generate partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline with field AEs
  • Enable and train partner sales and technical teams on Salesforce offerings, lead QBRs to track progress and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Italy field sales, Solutions Engineering, marketing, and industry advisors to support customer success and expansion
Responsabilità
  • 7‑10+ years of experience in partner/alliance management, channel sales, or field sales in Italy
  • Proven ability to drive revenue via SI, reseller, or ISV partner models
  • Experience building and managing relationships with C‑level stakeholders
  • Business fluency in Italian and English
