The Role
- First Senior Account Executive for the Italian market.
- Sales role, not Account Management: you sell, you love it.
- Own the full Italian cycle – outreach to close, inbound and outbound.
- Make the GTM playbook yours – execute it, sharpen it, own it.
- Lead 4 SDRs. Keep the pipeline moving.
- Sell to industrial SMEs and mid‑market manufacturers, straight to Ops Directors and Plant Managers.
- Build the Italian ecosystem – events, partnerships, associations.
- High ownership. High impact. High growth.
You
- Native Italian, professional English.
- +3‑5 years as an Account Executive (+5 years in Sales), SaaS, B2B, value selling.
- Driven and ambitious!
- High‑velocity profile bringing momentum, confidence, and grit to the team.
- Strong desire to experience the raw intensity of an early‑stage startup.
- Account Manager, over‑experienced (+8 years) – not suitable.
