Il ruolo
A diretto riporto della Direzione Commerciale Top Account, la risorsa sarà coinvolta nella gestione e nello sviluppo dei canali indiretti, occupandosi di:
Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio dei Partner, incrementando performance, fatturato e livello di engagement; Definizione, negoziazione e formalizzazione di accordi commerciali e contrattuali con i Partner; Supporto ai Partner nelle attività di go-to-market, pipeline management e sviluppo delle opportunità; Progettazionee organizzazione di sessioni di training, workshop e attività di onboarding per la rete commerciale dei Partner.

Il profilo ideale
Esperienza di 3-5 anni nella gestione di canali indiretti; Conoscenza dei modelli di vendita indiretta (partner program, rivendita servizi, accordi quadro); Capacità di lettura e gestione di contratti commerciali complessi; Esperienza nell’utilizzo di CRM e strumenti di reportistica; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Sarà considerato un plus il possesso di titoli o certificazioni in ambito Sales / Security.
