In this role you manage existing customers across Central and Southern Italy to grow revenue through up-selling and cross-selling Radware’s portfolio. You will identify new enterprise, service provider, and public sector opportunities, promote Radware cloud services, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to craft tailored solutions. You’ll maintain pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deliver compelling business cases, contributing to Radware’s mission to protect digital assets. This is an opportunity to shape security outcomes for mid-size to large customers in a fast-growing, international environment.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Manage and grow revenue within the assigned territory by up-selling and cross-selling Radware solutions
- Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities across Enterprise, Service Provider, and Public Administration sectors
- Promote Radware solutions to multiple stakeholder groups (IT, Security, Networking, Cloud, Executives)
- Collaborate with channel partners, system integrators, and service providers to expand market coverage
- Drive adoption and expansion of Radware Cloud Services (DDoS Protection, WAF-as-a-Service, Bot Management, API Security)
- Build and execute account plans and territory strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, positioning, negotiations, and closing deals
- Coordinate with pre-sales, services, marketing, and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM and business tools
- Prepare tailored proposals and business cases meeting customer needs and compliance requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to position Radware effectively
- Track performance against targets and contribute to revenue planning
- 3-5 years B2B account management and direct sales experience, preferably in Cyber Security, Networking, or Cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of security technologies (DDoS, WAF, API security, application delivery, cloud security models)
- Proven ability to sell complex, value-based solutions in competitive environments
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing customers directly and via indirect partner ecosystems
- Knowledge of procurement processes, public tenders, and framework agreements (Public Sector experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales mindset for long-term relationships
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Highly organized, proactive, resilient, results-driven in a fast-paced, international setting
