Per sviluppare il business B2B su tre segmenti — merchant, brand e seller eCommerce — che operano in 30+ paesi, cerchiamo un/una Senior Sales capace di costruire pipeline, chiudere trattative e sviluppare un portfolio clienti con autonomia reale. Entrerai come Sales senior con ownership reale su un portfolio misto in un'azienda quotata, in forte crescita. Non un ruolo da gestire lista contatti: costruirai pipeline su tre segmenti distinti (merchant, brand, seller eCommerce), chiuderai trattative, svilupperai account nel tempo con accesso diretto alla direzione commerciale e variabile reale sui risultati. Il ruolo:

  • Acquisizione hands-on: prospecting, outbound strutturato, qualificazione, presentazione e chiusura — non aspetti che ti passino i lead
  • Gestione portfolio: presidio account assegnati con obiettivo crescita (upsell, cross-sell) e riduzione churn
  • Multi-segmento: merchant che scalano sui marketplace, brand che cercano distribuzione digitale, seller eCommerce già attivi — tre interlocutori diversi, tre approcci diversi
  • Pipeline e forecast: gestisci il CRM, costruisci la pipeline, reporti risultati in modo strutturato
  • Relazioni internazionali: clienti e partner in Europa, USA e Asia — l'inglese lo usi davvero, ogni settimana
  • Collaborazione interna: allineamento con marketing su lead generation e con il team per proposte su account strategici
Il profilo ideale:
  • 3+ anni in ruoli Sales B2B con track record verificabile: fatturato generato, clienti acquisiti, tasso di ritenzione — numeri, non descrizioni
  • Autonomia operativa completa: costruisci e chiudi pipeline senza micro-gestione
  • Inglese professionale scritto e parlato: lo usi in trattativa, non solo nelle email
  • Familiarità concreta con eCommerce, marketplace o distribuzione digitale — non serve essere tecnico, serve capire il business del cliente
  • CRM e metriche: abituato a lavorare con dati, forecast e reportistica strutturata
  • Plus apprezzati: Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, HubSpot/Salesforce, seconda lingua straniera, conoscenza Hubspot.
Non candidarti se:
  • Hai fatto Sales B2B solo su carta — il tuo track record non ha numeri verificabili
  • L'inglese è "scolastico" o "me la cavo con DeepL" — qui lo usi in trattativa con clienti internazionali
  • Preferisci aspettare che ti assegnino i lead invece di costruire la tua pipeline
  • Cerchi un ruolo 100% remote senza mai passare in ufficio
  • Pensi che il variabile sia un bonus e non la parte più importante della tua retribuzione
  • Ti aspetti processi enterprise rigidi e approvazioni a ogni step — qui si decide e si agisce
