Come Account Manager presso Biutify, sarai responsabile di gestire e sviluppare le relazioni con le nostre accademie partner, assicurando il successo reciproco e la crescita del business.
Responsabilità principali:
- Gestire il portfolio di accademie partner esistenti
- Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di partnership
- Negoziare contratti e accordi commerciali
- Monitorare le performance e garantire la soddisfazione dei partner
- Collaborare con i team interni per assicurare un servizio eccellente
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di account management o vendite
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione
- Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di raggiungere obiettivi commerciali
- Conoscenza del settore beauty e formazione (preferibile)
- Disponibilità a viaggiare occasionalmente
- Contratto a tempo pieno
- Retribuzione base + commissioni
