Senior Sales Manager

Cerchiamo una figura commerciale Senior capace di sviluppare nuove opportunità di business e presidiare attivamente il mercato.
La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team per:
- sviluppare e gestire nuove opportunità commerciali su target PMI
- intercettare esigenze complesse e guidare il cliente nella scelta di soluzioni gestionali complete
- costruire relazioni dirette con aziende e stakeholder di settore
- contribuire all’individuazione di nuovi ambiti verticali e opportunità di sviluppo prodotto
- gestire richieste inbound e trasformarle in progetti concreti e sostenibili
- partecipare attivamente alla crescita del network commerciale e delle partnership.
Il ruolo richiede una forte capacità di lettura del mercato e un approccio strutturato nella qualificazione delle opportunità.
Requisiti- 5–8+ anni di esperienza in ruoli Sales B2B (software / SaaS)
- Esperienza concreta nella vendita di soluzioni gestionali (ERP / e-commerce)
- Abitudine a lavorare in autonomia e a generare pipeline
- Mentalità imprenditoriale e orientamento al risultato
- Capacità di muoversi tra visione strategica e operatività quotidiana.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Esperienza in aziende come TeamSystem, Zucchetti, SAP, Salesforce o realtà simili
- Conoscenza del mercato PMI italiano
- Esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni gestionali verticali o custom.
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato
- Pacchetto retributivo commisurato all’esperienza e ai risultati
- Sistema incentivante competitivo legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali
- Onboarding strutturato e formazione completa sulla piattaforma Nuvolai
- Ruolo centrale nello sviluppo dell’area commerciale dell’azienda
