In questa posizione, lavori per una startup in rapida crescita nel mercato dei Security Token, supportando la crescita commerciale end-to-end. Sei l’interfaccia tra prospect istituzionali e team tecnico, guidando presentazioni, dimostrazioni e chiusure contrattuali per licenze software multianuali. Ti coordini con prodotto e tecnologia per allineare offerta a requisiti normativi e di business, contribuendo a espandere l’adozione della piattaforma di tokenizzazione su strumenti finanziari e Real World Assets. L’opportunità combina contesti bancari, finanza strutturata e fintech, offrendo formazione e crescita professionale in un ambiente smart working.

- Gestire l’intero ciclo commerciale end-to-end, dal primo contatto al closing di contratti di licenza pluriennali
- Sviluppare opportunità su portafoglio prospect qualificato (banche, SGR, emittenti MiFID)
- Condurre contatti commerciali: primo approccio, NDA, demo, proposta, closing
- Condurre demo avanzate della piattaforma (tokenizzazione, emissione su blockchain, simulazioni)
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con team tecnico e di prodotto per valorizzare processi, prodotti e infrastruttura in linea con esigenze di business e normative
- Raggiungere obiettivi di sottoscrizione contratti e di licenze software (inclusi contratti light/test e licenze triennali)
- Gestire un prodotto ad elevata complessità tecnica con approccio consultivo e orientamento al closing
- Esperienza consolidata nel settore bancario/finanziario (Capital Market, Asset Management, prodotti strutturati)
- Forte capacità di interazione con controparti istituzionali
- Comprensione dei processi di emissione e post-emissione dei titoli
- Esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni software o digitali
- Capacità di gestire un prodotto complesso con alta componente tecnica
- Approccio consultivo e orientamento al closing
- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di costruire relazioni istituzionali
- Comunicazione efficace e presentazione persuasiva
- Capacità di lavoro in team e collaborazione interfunzionale
- Blockchain, digital assets o DLT
- Esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni software/digitali
- Conoscenza di strumenti di demo avanzate e presentazione tecnica
