Sales Hunter - IT Business Development Financial Services Market

Sede: Milano, Torino, PadovaThis role focuses on driving market growth by originating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. As a Hunter, you will prospect and build new client relationships, bring in new logos, and generate revenue by connecting Avanade’s capabilities with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use demand generation strategies to acquire new clients, including origination and prospecting approaches.


• Work closely with partners and alliances (Microsoft, Accenture, and other ecosystem partners) to bring in new logos per fiscal year.


• Develop and implement go-to-market plans to open new logos within specific industry sectors.


• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to establish trust and drive new business opportunities.


• Leverage market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, optimize positioning, and broaden Avanade’s presence in the market.


• Craft and deliver compelling, value-driven proposals that clearly articulate business benefits from adopting Microsoft-based solutions.


• Engage buyers through multiple channels (digital content, social media, campaigns, email) to create awareness and generate pipeline.
