Stiamo cercando un Sale Executive Enterprise per l'area Nord-Ovest entusiasta di lavorare in una azienda solida e in espansione che sappia dare il meglio di sé in un ambiente professionale, in continua evoluzione.

Il profilo che stiamo cercando ha maturato esperienze in aziende software operanti nel mercato Enterprise SaaS per il 50–80% della propria carriera .
L’esperienza maturata deve essere collocabile in uno o più dei seguenti segmenti, preferibilmente in ambito sanitario:
- Contabilità e gestione amministrativa
- Altri software aziendali complessi (es. soluzioni di back-office, industriali o gestionali specifici)
Il profilo ideale è in grado di interfacciarsi con i vertici decisionali e i principali ruoli direzionali delle organizzazioni target, in particolare:
- Direttore Generale
- Direttore Amministrativo
- Direttore IT
- Direttori Marketing
Rappresentano skill imprescindibili la capacità di:
- individuare, contattare e incontrare potenziali clienti;
- comprendere le loro esigenze e proporre le soluzioni TuoTempo;
- gestire la trattativa commerciale fino alla chiusura del contratto.
Allo stesso modo, è fondamentale la capacità di costruire e mantenere relazioni solide e durature con tutti i livelli manageriali strategici all’interno delle organizzazioni clienti.
- Laurea triennale o magistrale (preferibilmente in informatica, ingegneria, in alternativa in economia o campi correlati);
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nelle vendite;
- Esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni tecniche in strutture organizzative complesse con diversi decisori;
- Forte orientamento ai risultati e abilità negoziali;
- Forte attitudine ad instaurare un rapporto con i decisori di alto livello in un'organizzazione;
- Precedente esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e conoscenze in ambito tecnico
- Esperienza o conoscenza del settore Healthcare / Sanità Digitale
- Network attivo presso cliniche, gruppi sanitari o ospedali privati
- Esperienza in contesti internazionali o multinazionali SaaS
- RAL competitiva + piano commissionale incentivante.
- Auto aziendale, laptop e telefono.
- Buoni pasto (€8/giorno).
