Your Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Lexroom and a product evangelist , identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities within your customer base.

• Drive Lexroom's ambitious ARR growth from the installed base, helping position the company as a European market leader.

• Own the entire funnel for existing business : run checkpoints, business reviews, uncover expansion needs, and close upsells and uplifts.

• Managing renewals and leading churn management —protecting and growing recurring revenue by getting ahead of risk and keeping customers engaged.

• Work closely with customers to identify their pain points, goals, and development opportunities, and be the main point of contact between Lexroom and our customers .

What You’ll Bring

• You have 1-3 years of experience in a sales , account management, or customer-facing commercial role.

• You are familiar with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)

• You never stop learning and challenging yourself, and you’re eager to join a rapidly growing startup

• Optional but a bonus: You have a law degree .

• You speak both Italian and English .

• Annual Salary Range: €35,000 - €45,000 OTE
