Customer Success Manager

We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. /ppWe are now hiring a Customer Success Manager, based in Milan. /ppYou will own our customers across Italy and southern Europe after they sign. You will run onboarding, make sure every team gets value from the first week and grow accounts from a few users to the whole firm. You will work closely with our commercial team and bring what you learn back to product. /ppOur users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have.
