Location: Assago, Italy | Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week)| Visa Requirements: EU citizenship or valid work permit required | Language Requirements: Professional fluency in English and Italian

Role Introduction

As our new Customer Success Delivery Manager, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular contact with an assigned portfolio of existing customers. You will work closely with a collaborative team of Sales Operations Specialists to support customer needs, strengthen relationships, and ensure smooth operational processes across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven sales ability and experience in upselling and cross-selling.
• Analyze customer needs to define cross and up sell plans
• Provide licensing support in collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, Finance, Back Office, and Procurement to support end-to-end processes
• Drive timely resolution of escalations by partnering with customers, account teams, and internal support teams
• Develop strong knowledge of industry trends through ongoing training and close collaboration with software publishers

• Demonstrated background supporting sales teams to help acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships
• Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and daily workload efficiently under tight deadlines
• Strong relationship-building skills with clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and adapt to change
• Professional proficiency in both English and Italian
