We're building a team of people who are genuinely curious about AI, who experiment with it, push it, and find new ways to use it to solve real problems. /p pWe're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team to be based in our Antwerp office. bThis role would require a relocation to Belgium. /b /p h3The Role /h3 pThe Customer Success Manager role will cover a wide range of account management, onboarding, and client growth tasks, as it liaises with the Delivery, Sales, and Product teams. The Customer Success Manager will: /p ul liServe as the primary reference point for clients throughout their entire lifecycle with MotorK, taking full account management ownership. /li liOwn the customer onboarding journey from contract signature to successful product go-live, ensuring product activation aligns with the dealer’s digital strategy and signed SLA. /li liConduct structured onboarding sessions, translate client requirements into clear delivery briefs, and manage cross-functional execution. /li liDrive adoption, prevent churn, and execute upselling/cross-selling activities to meet individual and team revenue goals. /li liProvide ongoing digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise using the DealerK Method. /li liTrack and report on key account metrics, including NPS, retention, time-to-go-live, and product adoption rates. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pOur ideal Customer Success Manager will have previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success (ideally within a SaaS or digital product environment) and digital marketing strategy knowledge. /p pAs well as: /p ul liPrevious experience in account management or customer success, with a strong plus for end-to-end customer onboarding ownership. /li liDeep understanding of the B2B automotive dealer sector and web technologies (CMS, SEO concepts) or SaaS industry. /li liProject management mindset with proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery teams. /li liExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills. /li liNative Flemish speaker, fluency in French and English. /li liA proactive, goal-oriented approach with a passion for digital technologies and automotive innovation. /li /ul h3Work Pattern and Location /h3 ul liPermanent contract, full time /li liMonday – Friday /li liHybrid role with occasional field trips /li liSalary range: 40k-50k depending on experience /li liCommission plan: between 10 and 20% of fixed salary /li liMeal Vouchers (for each day worked) 8€ /li liMobile phone and SIM /li liThree days of onboarding in our Milan office, with evening team building event /li liBi-monthly appointment for collaboration days, with free breakfast in the office /li liModern centrally located office, with gym onsite /li liInternal training paths and support with external education /li liDiverse and dynamic environment, with plenty of opportunity to grow and make an impact /li liCompany benefits including discounts on famous brands /li /ul h3What You Can Expect From the Recruitment Process: /h3 ul liHR interview - AI fluency assessment (English) /li /ul pMotorK is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind.
