Scopo della posizione:Supportare il responsabile nel raggiungimento delle performance di vendita (volumi / redditività) assegnate all’area di competenza.Tipologia di contratto: contratto a tempo indeterminatoSede: Roma/MilanoPrincipali attività:* Assicurare la gestione del team di Partner assegnati presenti correttamente servizi e prodotti, fornendo indicazioni e supporto nelle attività operative;* Proporre e gestire costanti sessioni di formazione e training in ambito operativo, marketing e scoring per un costante allineamento fra azione locale e strategie aziendali ;* Assicurare la gestione delle performance dei Partner assegnati siano in linea con gli obiettivi di qualità relativi al Partner Rating previsto dagli accordi contrattuali;* Facilitare la relazione tra i reparti interni Ayvens e il Partner al fine di gestire e risolvere eventuali reclami, disservizi e problematiche insorte a livello locale nella gestione del Cliente o dei servizi erogati;* Assicurare il processo di gestione dell’ordine (dalla creazione delle offerte alla consegna del veicolo) avvenga secondo le modalità e le tempistiche stabilite dall’Azienda;* Gestire autonomamente la propria area, con particolare riferimento alle relazioni commerciali con i Partner, con l’obiettivo di garantire il rispetto del modello comportamentale del D.Lgs.231;* Affiancare i Partner su trattative complesse;* Adottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio e proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.Competenze / Conoscenze soft e tecnico specialistiche: * Laurea o diploma in materie economiche, scientifiche, umanistiche* Dinamismo e flessibilità* Attitudine al problem solving* Proattività e attitudine al cambiamento* Spirito di squadra* Ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro in team* Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese* Buona conoscenza di Excel, Power Point, Outlook e dei principali strumenti informatici* Energia e grinta* Comunicazione incisiva* Autonomia e disciplinaRetribuzione:* RAL (Retribuzione Annua Lorda) = fascia 38.000 € – 46.000 €, determinata su criteri oggettivi e neutri sotto il profilo del genere, al netto di welfare e benefits* La posizione prevede un inquadramento nel livello B1 o A2 secondo le declaratorie previste dal CCNL Autonoleggio (ANIASA)**Why Ayvens?**With over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
