Sales Manager - IMAL

Ricerchiamo una figura commerciale che contribuisca allo sviluppo del portafoglio clienti in Italia e all’estero.

La risorsa lavorerà inizialmente in affiancamento ad un Sales Manager per acquisire la conoscenza dei prodotti aziendali, esperienza pratica nelle trattative e nella gestione dei clienti, per poi diventare autonoma nella gestione completa delle vendite.

La figura collaborerà a stretto contatto con il team dell’ufficio tecnico e progettazione per garantire un’offerta commerciale coerente con le esigenze del cliente e le specifiche tecniche degli impianti.

Nella fase iniziale, a scopo di preparazione tecnica e didattica, saranno previsti periodi di visita a impianti esistenti, oltre che a corsi di formazione interna.

Attività Principali
  • Gestire e sviluppare i rapporti con clienti consolidati e nuovi prospect in Italia e all’estero;
  • Collaborare con i reparti tecnici per la definizione di offerte tecnico-economiche personalizzate in base alle esigenze del cliente;
  • Monitorare l’avanzamento delle trattative commerciali e supportare la definizione dei contratti e le strutture finanziarie;
  • Partecipare a fiere di settore e attività di promozione commerciale;
  • Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e margine concordati con la Direzione;
Requisiti Fondamentali / Must Have
  • Diploma tecnico (elettrico, elettronico, meccanico, meccatronico, automazione, ecc.) con successiva laurea economica/gestionale, oppure, Diploma economico/amministrativo e successiva laurea tecnica (elettrica, elettronica, meccanica, meccatronica o affini)
  • Esperienza pregressa, anche minima, in ambito commerciale (es. sales account, back office commerciale, sales manager o ruoli affini);
  • Conoscenza almeno B2 della lingua inglese;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio UE ed extra-UE;
Requisiti Preferenziali / Nice to Have
  • Gradita la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera;
  • Padronanza degli strumenti informatici aziendali (Dynamics 365, MS Office);
  • Aver già maturato una basilare esperienza nella gestione della trattativa commerciale e nella predisposizione di offerte tecnico-economiche;
  • Spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative.
