Account Executive (Italian speaker)

We are looking for an Account Executive to drive new business and build client relationships across our global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sales (pure hunter role).
• Sell a subset of products or services directly or via partners to a customer base based on a provided target account list.
• Involve specialists as needed for specific aspects of overall sales (e.g., sales engineer for demos).
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
• Participate in the development, presentation, and sale of a value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
• Maintain client relationships by collaborating with Account Managers, CSEs, or Inside Sales teams to sell and maintain account health.
• Work closely with BDR teams to take over leads.
• Perform cross‑sell activities for existing accounts on complicated deals such as renegotiation.

Qualifications

• 5 years applicable experience, including 2 years of solution sales; SaaS sales experience may be required in certain situations.
• Successful sales track record with commission earnings.
• Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
• Knowledge of Infobip or its competitors, and interaction with C‑level players.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Team player with experience mentoring junior sales team members.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Italian.
