National Sales Manager, Valtra, Italy

Overview
In this role you drive brand and sales performance across defined markets, leading the local brand team and dealer network to meet and exceed volumes, margins and market share. You'll implement brand strategy, develop campaigns, and coach dealers to boost profitability and customer experience. You'll work with Distribution Management to ensure coverage and training, while aligning with cross-functional leaders on plans and KPIs. This position offers impact at scale within AGCO's farming-equipment mission and a flexible, remote-first setup.

Responsabilità
- Lead sales funnel management and key account activities, including fleet deals
- Oversee dealer performance and drive growth via dealer programs (e.g., Valtra Power Program)
- Develop and empower the brand team; set stretch goals and coach individuals
- Collaborate with distribution management to ensure territory coverage and dealer training
- Develop sales campaigns, set pricing/discounts with brand sales/finance, monitor progress and take corrective actions
- Install dealer business plans with volume and market share targets and monitor monthly progress
- Ensure dealers adhere to AGCO Dealer Standards and promote a strong brand image
- Manage inventory levels and OPEX spend within budget
- Provide training and coaching to internal and external staff on company initiatives (Top Territory, Meddic, PTx)
- Foster customer experience improvements aligned with brand value proposition
- Support the rollout of training through AGCO Academy or external providers
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 5 years in a sales role with knowledge of sales/marketing in agricultural machinery
- Expert knowledge of dealership operations in the agricultural machinery sector
- Strong PC skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Proven experience in team management
- Good understanding of AGCO's brand structure and industry knowledge
