Account Manager

Il candidato/a risponderà alla Direzione Commerciale, sarà inserito nell’organizzazione aziendale dove avrà il ruolo di Account Manager effettuando azioni mirate per lo sviluppo di nuovi clienti sul territorio nazionale.
Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:
- Acquisizione nuovi clienti e gestione clienti attuali
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati
- Gestione delle trattative commerciali
- Collaborazione con la prevendita e il reparto tecnico per la realizzazione dei progetti in ambito ERP
Si richiede:
- Diploma o laurea
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella vendita diretta/indiretta di soluzioni ERP
- Predisposizione all’offerta di servizi
- Background conoscenze nelle tecnologie
Completano il profilo:
- Competenze relazionali ed orientamento al cliente
- Determinazione, affidabilità e trasparenza organizzativa
- Capacità di confronto e di dialogo con i differenti interlocutori aziendali ed i partner
- Predisposizione all’auto-apprendimento ed all’autonomia nell’attività lavorativa
- Forte motivazione verso la crescita professionale
- Buone capacità comunicative, attitudine al problem-solving e flessibilità
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza maturata.
