Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the entire employee onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
Be the point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks related to employment practices.
Design and implement performance management frameworks to foster employee growth and accountability.
Collaborate with senior management to assess and improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
Analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions that enhance workforce effectiveness.
Provide training and development programs to build a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.

Essential Qualifications:

Deep understanding of employee onboarding processes and best practices.
Proficiency in creating and implementing HR strategies that align with company goals.
Strong knowledge of labor relations and labor laws in Canada.
Experience with performance management systems and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 26 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a senior HR leadership role.
Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Throughout the range of 300,000 to 500,000 Dinars (ÐÐ¸Ð½. - Serbia) per hour, commensurate with experience.
