Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director with a specialized focus on communication to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills along with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

What your tasks will be:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on effective communication to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives.
Oversee the company's public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases.
Visit existing customers, meet new ones, engagement with sales team on daily basis to develop common path for customer success.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing objectives and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
