Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Customer Relationship Management /h3 ul liPartner with all key customer stakeholders: buyers, store managers, distributors, etc. /li liFull management of group of National and / or Regional Customers. /li /ul h3Business Development Commercial Execution /h3 ul liAchieve the Company’s goals in terms of sales and distribution for the assigned Key customers by partnering effectively with the Retail Execution Team, Consumer Marketing, Logistics, Finance. /li liSupport the development of annual business plans for all key Customers according to the Company Strategy to drive profitably, increase sales, volumes, distribution and market share. /li liUnderstand customer’s needs to support recommendations of potential business solutions. /li /ul h3Performance Management Business Analysis /h3 ul liProvide deep analysis of performance trends and monitor KPIs in order to contribute to define and implement effective action plans to improve performance. /li liProvide coverage of stores to understand business dynamics. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor/Master’s Degree Required (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent). /li liPrevious experience of minimum 3 years in commercial roles (preferably in a customer facing relevant role). /li liA Cross functional experience of minimum 1-2 years in a Trade Marketing/other Commercial roles will be considered a plus. /li liStrong negotiation skills; Customer orientation/Problem solving attitude in challenging environment. /li liHighly self-motivated; Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills. /li liProven ability in time management, planning/priority setting, and managing budgets. /li liProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and ability to learn company specific tools programs. /li liLanguages: Italian mother tongue, English fluent. /li liValid driver’s license required. /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pExpected Gross Annual Salary Range: €48.500 - €56.500 gross per year /p pThis position is offered under a permanent employment contract. /p pThe role is governed by the applicable Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement ("CCNL") Chemical Industry), including the relevant job classification and economic provisions applicable to the position. /p pThe initial compensation within the above range will be determined on the basis of objective, transparent and gender-neutral criteria, including professional experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, scope of responsibilities, role requirements, location, applicable CCNL classification and internal company policies. /p pSubject to role eligibility and applicable company policy, employees may also be eligible to participate in variable compensation programs tied to company and/or individual performance, including an annual target bonus opportunity. /p pRelocation Assistance may be considered for this role and it may include: /p ul liShort-term temporary housing for a limited period to support the transition to the new location; and /li liReimbursement of reasonable relocation expenses, in line with internal relocation policies and applicable tax and social security rules. /li /ul pSpecific terms and conditions of any relocation package, including duration of temporary housing and reimbursable expenses, will be detailed in the relevant employment and/or relocation documentation. /p pIn addition to the rights and benefits provided under applicable law and the relevant CCNL, employees may be eligible, depending on role and company policy, for supplementary benefits, which may include meal vouchers or reimbursement, insurance coverage, company devices, health and welfare programs, and additional role-specific benefits.
