Sales Competence Manager Digital Industries

Overview

In this role you drive competence management and sales enablement for Siemens Digital Industries across EMEA, focusing on the Italian sales force. You partner with regional and zone stakeholders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted enablement strategies. You enhance the regional learning catalog and contribute to an overarching sales enablement framework. You will work in a cross-functional, international context to enable continuous learning and transformation.

Responsabilità

• Lead Competence Management activities across assigned countries as part of the ST&PO Learning & Development strategy
• Drive implementation and ongoing monitoring of the Competence Systematic within assigned countries
• Assist management in identifying skill gaps via assessments, analytics, and enablement recommendations
• Define and prioritize enablement plans based on skill checks and regional growth priorities
• Support local enablement initiatives aligned with the EMEA Enablement Plan
• Maintain and improve the regional learning catalog in My Learning World
• Contribute to the development of the EMEA-wide sales enablement framework and promote best practices
• Act as liaison between country, Zone, and assigned countries to localize learning initiatives
• Collaborate with P&O and external partners to support learning, competence development, and transformation programs

Requisiti fondamentali

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in Transformation Management, L&D methodologies, and learning systems/tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in skill assessment, competency management, and enablement planning
• Excellent moderation, facilitation, communication, and storytelling capabilities
• Deep understanding of Digital Industry Sales processes, organization, and systematic approaches
• Strong stakeholder management across international, cross-functional, and cross-cultural environments
