We are aiming to drive the development of the digital economy, and together with customers and partners, to create a better life for all to enjoy. /ppbPurpose of the Role /b: As a bChannel Sales Manager /b, your will be responsible to drive the end-to-end revenue growth process with H3C Channel Partners, by cross and up selling, programs execution and adoption, success in promoting sales opportunities and strengthen the Partnership relationship. /ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliDevelop new and manage existing channel partners who are willing to sell the products and solutions by the instruction from headquarter. /liliPromote the Company branding with distributor and partners together. /liliIdentify, recruit and on-board new channel partners to build business. /liliCoordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation. /liliProvide proposals, quotations, and pricings to partners. /liliDevelop profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity. /liliImplement sales programs for product positioning and promotions. /liliConduct business review with partners and recommend improvements. /liliFulfil and act on verbal and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, should business needs so require, and, therefore, are deemed to be production assignments. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualification: /b /pulliPossess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field. /liliAt least 8 years’ above experience in a distribution and channel management role in ICT related industry /liliDemonstrated strong passion in sales and a good track record of achieving sales target in a channel environment. /liliPossess strong passion in Technology industry, particularly in Servers, Networks, and Generative AI Technologies. /liliExperience in marketing and sales program will be an added advantage. /liliEffective communicator and possess good interpersonal competencies. /liliWorking proficiency in English and Italian, willing to travel /li /ul
