Head of Sales B2B

We are looking for a

Head od Sales

B2B Italy, based in Milan

, who will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with institutional clients, including universities, student agencies, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders. The role will be instrumental in establishing the company’s commercial presence in Italy from the ground up, with the objective of maximizing occupancy across the portfolio and supporting the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Establish and develop relationships with universities, student agencies, corporate clients, and other institutional partners. Support market, destination, and competitor analysis to identify commercial opportunities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue growth. Negotiate accommodation agreements, including room blocks, pricing structures, and commercial terms. Support the development and execution of the company’s commercial and expansion strategy in Italy.

B2B Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, and student recruitment agencies. Manage key corporate accounts and strategic partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients and partners.

Contract & Booking Management Coordinate and manage bulk bookings and group accommodation requests. Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms. Ensure the accurate allocation of rooms in line with contractual commitments and operational requirements.

Internal Coordination Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives. Facilitate effective communication between external partners and internal stakeholders. Support the implementation of commercial agreements and occupancy-driving campaigns across the portfolio. Share market intelligence and client feedback to support pricing, revenue optimization, and operational decision-making.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in business development, B2B sales, account management, partnerships, or commercial roles. Previous experience within the

PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation)

sector is highly preferred. Candidates with relevant experience from

universities, higher education institutions, student recruitment agencies, education providers, coliving operators, hospitality, or accommodation platforms

will also be strongly considered. Proven track record of developing commercial relationships and generating business through institutional and B2B partnerships.
