Retention & Prevention Manager

The PROFESSIONAL Business Unit drives digital transformation for accountants and labor consultants. In this role, you will lead a high‑impact Retention & Prevention Manager team, focused on reducing churn, deepening customer relationships, and anticipating customer risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute end‑to‑end retention and prevention strategies, from planning and prioritisation to accountability.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable intelligence, anticipating risk, uncovering root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
- Build strong alignment with Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure strategy is effectively implemented.
- Thrive in ambiguity, making timely, informed decisions even when the full picture is not yet formed.
- Introduce scalable processes, tools, and initiatives with an invent‑and‑simplify approach.
- Lead complex customer negotiations, crafting sustainable, value‑driven solutions.
- Maintain a regular on‑site presence at the Pesaro Headquarters to support the business with timely, direct assistance.
