Project Manager IT freelance - Banking - Hybrid work

La risorsa sarà responsabile della pianificazione, gestione ed esecuzione delle attività di integrazione dei sistemi IT a seguito di operazioni di fusione o acquisizione tra istituti bancari, garantendo continuità operativa, sicurezza dei dati e piena compliance normativa.
Attività principali
- Pianificare e coordinare il programma di IT Post‑Merger Integration, definendo roadmap, milestones, dipendenze e KPI.
- Gestire l’integrazione dei sistemi core banking, delle piattaforme applicative e delle architetture IT.
- Garantire la continuità operativa, la protezione dei dati e l’aderenza ai requisiti regolatori bancari (es. EBA, BCE, GDPR).
- Coordinare attività di data migration, consolidamento infrastrutturale e armonizzazione dei processi IT.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con funzioni business, risk & compliance, IT governance e fornitori tecnologici.
- Identificare e realizzare sinergie operative e opportunità di ottimizzazione dei costi IT post‑fusione.
- Gestire stakeholder interni ed esterni, facilitando la comunicazione tra le diverse entità coinvolte.
- Monitorare rischi e criticità, proponendo piani di mitigazione e assicurando il rispetto di tempi, scope e budget.
Requisiti
- Esperienza consolidata (almeno 5+ anni) come Project Manager IT nel settore bancario.
- Background in progetti M&A con responsabilità diretta nelle attività di IT Post‑Merger Integration.
- Conoscenza dei processi e dei sistemi core banking, infrastrutture IT e architetture applicative.
- Competenza nella gestione di data migration, integrazione applicativa, IT governance e sicurezza informatica.
- Familiarità con normative bancarie e regolamentari.
- Ottime capacità di coordinamento, gestione fornitori e stakeholder management.
- Certificazioni in ambito Project Management (es. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) saranno considerate un plus.
