THE MISSION? 

• Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you.  
• You are in charge of the restaurant and bar service️, as well as developing the profitability of each outlet.  
• Coordinating with the F&B Director, you supervise the team while taking on many other responsibilities. 
• You train, support and develop your team.  
• You ensure compliance with the law; you’re watch at Mama is never over. ⚖️ 
• You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!

• You are a diplomat and know how to bring the entire team together.

• You get your hands dirty and think that leading by example is the key to success. 

• You know how to mobilize the necessary resources (Human, Financial & Administrative) to carry out in your mission.
