Gruppo Lactalis Italia, all'interno della Direzione Trade Marketing della BU Out Of Home è alla ricerca di un/a Out Of Home Cheese & Meat Trade Category Specialist. La risorsa riporterà alla Cheese & Meat Trade Category Senior Manager e avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Contribuire alla definizione delle strategie delle categorie di riferimento delle sezioni caseari e salumi per massimizzare il risultato delle vendite in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali assegnati; Condurre analisi approfondite sul mercato e sul territorio per identificare trend, abitudini di consumo/utilizzo dei prodotti e opportunità. Utilizzare i dati raccolti per fornire insights preziosi al team interno e ai clienti, al fine di ottimizzare le strategie di trade marketing e massimizzare il ROI; Condurre analisi di sell-in per supportare la raccomandazione di piani di categoria del canale Food Service Indipendente; Progettare e implementare iniziative di trade marketing creative e efficaci, in linea con gli obiettivi di business dei clienti e le strategie aziendali; Collaborare con il team interno e i fornitori esterni per garantire la piena esecuzione delle attività pianificate, monitorando costantemente i risultati e apportando eventuali aggiustamenti necessari; Contribuire alla definizione delle condizioni commerciali nel lancio delle innovazioni (listino, sconti, etc.).
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
Laurea specialistica in discipline economiche; Pregressa esperienza professionale di 2/3 anni in ruoli in ambito Trade, Sales, Marketing; Conoscenza e interesse per il canale OOH; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, il francese sarà considerato un plus; Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel; Buon approccio comunicativo; Buona capacità analitica e di comprensione dei dati per stimare ed analizzare le performance di vendita, i dati sell-in e sell-out; Attitudine al team-working; Curiosità e proattività.INFORMAZIONI CHIAVE SULLA POSIZIONE
