About the role

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Air Export Operations Specialist to join our national HUB in Milan Pantigliate. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating international shipments, ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and in compliance with company quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which are essential for effectively interacting with clients, suppliers, and colleagues..

What you will do

As HUB Specialist your main responsibilities will include:

• Space Management: You will coordinate bookings and optimize space utilization for air shipments.
• Consolidation Management: You will create and update digital files for air shipments, optimizing costs and timelines.
• Delivery Notes and Inventory: You will organize daily deliveries and coordinate the inventory required for air shipments.
• Closure Visibility and Planning: You will plan and update the weekly allocation schedule for air shipments.
• Shipment Management: You will support the preparation of air shipments and monitor any changes.

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Salary package

Contract type: Permanent

CCNL: Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione

Working hours: Full-Time

Gross annual salary / RAL: € 30.000 – € 40.000
