To support our growth in Italy, we are looking for a Brand ManagerItaly to join our local Marketing & Communication team based in Milan.Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication Italy, you will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, reputation, and engagement for both La Redoute and AMPM in the Italian market. You will work closely with local stakeholders while also collaborating with Global Brand teams and international counterparts across the Group. Acting as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external communication partners, you will ensure the effective implementation of impactful communication strategies and local brand activations.You will join a young, passionate, and collaborative team, working from our inspiring showroom and offices located in the heart of Milan.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the local communication strategy in alignment with global brand guidelines.Strengthen the positioning and differentiation of La Redoute and AMPM in the Italian market.Lead PR activities, media relations, and influencer marketing initiatives.Manage and coordinate external agencies, PR partners, content creators, and influencers, ensuring high-quality execution and strong performance.Develop and coordinate the local social media strategy and content plan.Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.Organize and manage showroom activations, press events, media visits, and influencer experiences.Oversee the production of local photo and video content, ensuring quality and brand alignment.Collaborate closely with CRM, E-commerce, and Traffic teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.Support the development of B2B and corporate communication initiatives.Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging communication opportunities.Profile4–6 years of experience in PR, Communications, Brand Management, or Influencer Marketing.Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Solid understanding of media relations, social media, and influencer ecosystems.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Passion for branding, design, lifestyle, and customer experience.Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.What We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to the growth of two inspiring brands in the home and lifestyle sector.A dynamic, international environment with regular interaction with global teams.A young, collaborative, and supportive local team.An inspiring workplace in our beautiful showroom and offices located in central Milan.Hybrid & Flexible: Our default setup is hybrid – 3 days a week at our office and 2 days of remote work.**Please send your CV in English**To find out more about La Redoute, click here.
