Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner – on behalf of a prestigious multinational consulting company, aiming to strengthen its Payroll team, has been entrusted with the search for the following professional profile:
HEAD OF GLOBAL PAYROLL
The selected candidate will have the following main responsibilities:
Lead a structured team of specialists dedicated to outsourced global payroll management, personnel administration, and labor consulting.
Coordinate and guide the team in payroll processing and HR administration activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all internal operations.
Oversee day-to-day activities to guarantee compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to business development initiatives and the identification of innovative and process-enhancing solutions.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in multinational consulting firms within HR administration functions;
A degree in Law or Economics; professional certification is a mandatory requirement;
Excellent knowledge of current national payroll regulations, full-cycle HR administration practices, and application of major national collective labor agreements (CCNL);
Familiarity with processes and key software solutions for payroll administration, including international project contexts;
Focus on implementing structured processes and digital transformation, including AI integration;
Proven experience in team management, with strong skills in motivation, training, and development;
Strong business development capabilities;
Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
Outstanding interpersonal skills, strategic vision, and ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
