Overview

As Learning Delivery Leader, you guide a team delivering self-paced, virtual instructor-led, and live workshops using licensed sales methodology IP. You ensure learning offerings support business needs, focusing on sales process mastery, tool proficiency, and cross-functional partnerships to craft a modern seller experience. You shape design, incorporate feedback, and drive innovations in delivery methods. You work with Sales Learning, Enablement, Analytics, Marketing, and business units to align and execute learning deliverables. This role offers impact on performance, scalability, and industry-leading learning experiences.

Responsabilità

• Manage and support ESI training classes
• Recruit, select and manage the Learning Delivery team; assign roles and projects
• Conduct performance appraisals and compensation decisions; initiate corrective actions
• Provide coaching and staff development to enhance performance
• Track expenses, forecast travel, contribute to annual budget, schedule classes with venues
• Contribute to long-range strategic planning for the department and Global Sales Learning
• Develop and implement plans to achieve department and cross-functional goals
• Build relationships with ADP WWCO leadership, HRBPs, and other key groups
• Engage with external industry groups to gather outside-in perspectives
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective output that drives business results
• Design and implement new curriculum delivery strategies aligned with learning architecture
• Drive efficiencies and innovations in delivery; maintain delivery standards
• Measure and improve associate learning experience (NPS) and monitor performance
• Capture and analyze metrics to demonstrate impact and drive improvement
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requisiti fondamentali

• 10+ Years of experience
• Commutable to a local sales office in France, UKI, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany with right to work in base country
• Fluent English
• Degree is nice to have but not required
