In questa posizione, guiderai l'espansione delle vendite per i Diamond Tools in Europa, definendo la strategia commerciale e gestendo il portafoglio TOM in un contesto internazionale. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team trasversali per potenziare la crescita e ottimizzare margini e contratti con clienti chiave. Sarai il riferimento tecnico e commerciale per i principali account, offrendo soluzioni basate sul valore. Viaggerai regolarmente per conto dell'azienda, partecipando a eventi e visitando siti e clienti. Unisciti per contribuire a una crescita sostenuta e a trasformare il portafoglio prodotti in un asset competitivo a livello europeo, con autonomia operativa e visibilità diretta al/

Responsabilità
- Guida vendite e margini e negoziazione contratti
- Definizione e attuazione della strategia di mercato e analisi della concorrenza
- Riferimento tecnico-commerciale per i principali account e issue tecniche
- Gestione operativa delle attività di vendita a livello globale e contesto europeo
- Supervisione flussi documentali (preventivi, ordini, logistica) e definizione di budget e KPI
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ anni di esperienza in vendite o business administration in contesto tecnico B2B
- Laurea triennale in scienze, ingegneria, scienze commerciali o economia
- Buone competenze organizzative
- Padronanza di Microsoft Office e SAP
- Attitudine al lavoro con dati finanziari, costi unitari e metriche di performance
- Ottime capacità di negoziazione e approccio proattivo/imprenditoriale
- Gestione autonoma di progetti e orientamento al risultato
