LHH seleziona per un cliente industriale in Lombardia un Business Development Manager per il mercato Italia. La figura svilupperà il portafoglio clienti, acquisirà nuovi contatti OEM e aziende industriali e proporrà soluzioni personalizzate in stretta collaborazione con i team tecnici.
Requisiti: laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria Meccanica, 7 anni B2B tecnico‑commerciale, provenienza da componenti tecnici in gomma, ottime relazioni e negoziali, autonomia organizzativa, trasferte ~70%.
