At METLEN, we foster a culture of bresilience, challenge, respect, excellence, /b andbchange /b, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. /ppWe are currently looking for a HR Operations Associate Central East Europe to join our People Services team, part of our HR Division based in Milan, Italy. /ppBy joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in our company’s effort to provide efficient HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of standardized processes, including onboarding, work data changes, terminations, contract management, and employee requests. You’ll maintain HR data integrity and accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws. /ph3Your role will encompass: /h3ulliProvide end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employment changes, contract management, leave administration, and offboarding in SAP Success Factors platform. /liliCollaborate with employees and managers to support employee lifecycle processes, resolve HR queries, and ensure timely case resolution in line with SLAs. /liliOversee Employee Lifecycle processes for the countries of responsibility, including cases resolution in SAP Success Factors (Tier 1 escalations), HRIS and ticketing system management, knowledge base maintenance, self-service enablement, and SOP governance. /liliEnsure accurate employee records, HR documentation, and data integrity through regular audits while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor laws. /liliOversee the preparation of HR documentation, including contracts, employment letters, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. /liliWork with HR teams to generate standard reports, monitor service performance, and support quality assurance through SLA, case volume, and data accuracy reporting. /liliSupport compliant onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration processes by identifying and addressing process gaps to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. /li /ulh3What you bring to the role: /h3ulli2+ years of experience in HR-related roles /liliProficiency in HR systems and tools, ideally SAP Success Factors, with the ability to confidently manage employee data, navigate HRIS platforms, and utilize ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve employee queries efficiently. /liliA strong customer-service mindset, delivering high-quality HR support and ensuring employees receive timely, accurate, and helpful assistance while fostering a positive employee experience. /liliExcellent data management and reporting capabilities, maintaining accurate employee records and producing meaningful HR reports to support operational and business needs. /liliStrong attention to detail in documentation and record keeping, ensuring employee files and records are maintained accurately, securely, and in compliance with organizational and legal requirements. /liliA solid understanding of fundamental employment and labor law principles, including contract types, working time regulations, leave entitlements, and other key employment-related requirements. /liliExperience in working in multinational matrix environments and leading cross-country teams. /liliExcellent knowledge of English language at proficiency level. /liliInternational Experience will be highly appreciated. /li /ulh3Share the same Value Based Behaviors: /h3ulliPeople Personal growth /liliResults orientation Safety excellence /liliCollaboration Trust /liliEmpathy Effective communication /liliFlexibility Adaptability /li /ulh3Your Benefits: /h3ulliAttractive remuneration package /liliFriendly and professional working environment /liliContinuous training /liliCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity /li /ulpFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news /ppWe respect your personal data.
