This is a unique opportunity to influence company-wide people strategy while partnering closely with leaders across Europe and beyond. /ppAs our Senior People Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping align people strategies with business goals while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture. You'll work across the entire employee lifecycle—from attracting and developing exceptional talent to driving engagement, performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness. In addition, you'll lead our recruitment function team, ensuring we continue to attract, hire, and develop exceptional talent.
