Responsabilità principali- Svilupperai e consoliderai il portafoglio clienti corporate, agenzie/tour operator e segmento MICE, gestendo relazioni commerciali di lungo periodo
- Identificherai nuove opportunità di business e nuovi potenziali clienti, in linea con la strategia e gli obiettivi aziendali
- Gestirai la reportistica commerciale, monitorando performance, pipeline, forecast e risultati di vendita
- Contribuirai al posizionamento dei prodotti e del brand, collaborando con il team Marketing & Communication nella promozione degli stessi
- Monitorerai i principali eventi di settore (fiere, workshop, incontri B2B) e definirai il calendario di partecipazione
- Rappresenterai l’azienda in eventi, fiere e appuntamenti commerciali, curando networking e brand awareness
- Analizzerai trend di mercato e attività della concorrenza per supportare le strategie commerciali
- Contribuirai allo sviluppo di opportunità commerciali e partnership, presidiando gli aspetti commerciali e promozionali fino alla fase di opening delle nuove strutture CX.
- Diploma o laurea
- Esperienza pregressa come Sales Manager di catene alberghiere o nuove realtà di ospitalità ibride.
- Indispensabile l'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, preferibile la conoscenza di una seconda lingua.
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office. Sarà un plus la conoscenza dei principali software alberghieri come Mews, Opera o Protel.
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte su base regolare.
- Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di budgeting e di pricing.
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, flessibilità, customer orientation, capacità di analisi e problem solving.
