Descrizione del ruolo
Sarai il motore della nostra espansione in Italia, identificando e sviluppando nuove opportunità commerciali nel settore automotive, logistico e della mobilità. Il tuo impatto sarà immediato e concreto, in un mercato in piena crescita.
Responsabilità Principali
Lead Generation & Cold Calling : Identificare attivamente nuovi prospect e avviare il primo contatto attraverso campagne di chiamate a freddo (cold calling) per generare opportunità di business.
Qualificazione : Valutare i potenziali lead per garantire un funnel di vendita di alta qualità.
Ricerche di Mercato : Condurre analisi approfondite per informare le strategie di crescita e identificare nuovi segmenti di partnership.
Sviluppo Relazioni : Coltivare partnership strategiche e garantire la soddisfazione del cliente attraverso una comunicazione eccellente.
Analisi dei Dati : Analizzare le performance e i dati di mercato per affinare costantemente le strategie di business development.
Risultati Attesi
Esperienza pregressa : 1-3 anni di esperienza in ambito Sales, di cui almeno 1 anno in attività di Cold Calling e Lead Generation.
Comunicazione : Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali per gestire stakeholder a vari livelli.
Analisi : Forti capacità analitiche per interpretare i dati di mercato e valutare le opportunità commerciali.
Lingue : Fluente conoscenza dell’Italiano e dell’Inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue europee è considerata un plus).
Mindset : Approccio proattivo al problem‑solving e mentalità fortemente orientata agli obiettivi.
Presenza : Lavoro presso la nostra sede di Milano con possibilità di remote working.
Nice to have : Laurea in Economia, Marketing o discipline affini.
Profilo ricercato
Esperienza : 1 anno in un ruolo simile (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales) o forte motivazione a entrare nelle vendite teche.
Capacità comunicative : Eccellenti doti comunicative verbali e scritte, capacità di coinvolgere i prospect e costruire relazioni.
Resilienza e Adattabilità : Capacità di gestire le obiezioni, imparare dai feedback e prosperare in un ambiente dinamico.
Competenze tecniche : La familiarità con strumenti CRM (es. HubSpot, Salesforce) è un valore aggiunto.
Orientamento ai risultati : Determinato a superare gli obiettivi e contribuire alla crescita del business.
Team Player : Mentalità collaborativa per lavorare a stretto contatto con i team di vendita e marketing.
Lingue : è richiesta una conoscenza fluente dell’italiano e una padronanza professionale dell’inglese; la conoscenza del francese o del tedesco costituisce un plus.
