TikTok Shop - Logistics Operations Manager, Italy Market (Italian Speaker)

Overview

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end logistics performance for a designated flow in the Italian market, aligning with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and reduce cost and lead time. You will drive capacity planning, data-driven improvements, and implementation of solutions across carriers, warehouses, and internal systems. This position offers impact by shaping freight and fulfillment capabilities to support global expansion and merchant/customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with procurement, finance, and strategy to deliver measurable improvements in KPIs and end-to-end performance.

Responsabilità

• Manage end-to-end logistics performance from paid order to final delivery for the designated flow
• Coordinate capacity allocation and align with procurement, finance, and strategy to reduce cost and lead time
• Work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to consume and share data for better operational intelligence
• Identify pain points, propose optimal solutions, and ensure KPIs are met while building procedures for better E2E performance
• Develop and implement solutions including internal system features, supplier platforms, driver apps, shipment tracking software, consolidation network design, and warehouse management system
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, write business recommendations, and ensure solutions are launched with quality
• Maintain data-driven planning and throughput/capacity handover processes to merchants and customers

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years in UK/EU e-commerce warehousing and fulfillment
• Familiar with FM consolidation, MM and LM or E2E Warehouse Operations
• Experience driving system changes or building from scratch (allocation models and consolidation network design a plus)
• Data oriented with experience creating planning models; SQL or Python preferred
• Ability to write comprehensive documentation and business cases; case review/BRD may be requested in interview
• Fluent in English; Italian proficiency preferred for communication with Italian merchants and vendors
