In questa posizione guiderai il team Industrial & Logistics all'interno del dipartimento Value and Risk Advisory, offrendo servizi di valutazione immobiliare e advisory ai clienti. L'obiettivo è consegnare report di alta qualità, espandere il business e raggiungere gli obiettivi di budget, lavorando in modo autonomo e collaborando a livello internazionale. Ti occuperai di analisi finanziaria avanzata, gestione del carico di lavoro e servizio al cliente. Un ruolo chiave per modellare soluzioni di valore in un contesto globale e orientato al dettaglio.
Responsabilità
- Guidare il team Industrial & Logistics e gestire il carico di lavoro quotidiano
- Produzione e consegna di report di valutazione di alto livello
- Garantire servizio al cliente di eccellenza e qualità delle deliverable
- Sviluppare il business e contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget
- Lavorare in modo autonomo e proattivo in un contesto internazionale/europeo
Requisiti fondamentali
- Iscrizione RICS
- 10 anni di esperienza in valutazione immobiliare e attività correlate
- background economico o tecnico
- eccellenti capacità di analisi finanziaria
- competenza avanzata in Microsoft Office e Argus
- fluency in italiano e inglese (scritto e parlato)
- proattività, precisione e ottima organizzazione, capacità di lavorare sotto scadenze
