Overview
In this role you will maximize value and long-term profitability of a portfolio of logistics assets in Italy. You will lead asset-level plans, leasing strategies, and capital investments, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial, technical and operational performance. You'll drive value creation and occupancy gains, monitor budgets and forecasts, and oversee CAPEX and refurbishment projects. This position sits in the Italian Asset Management team and supports acquisitions, disposals, and ESG initiatives. It offers a compelling opportunity to shape asset performance in a dynamic, international real estate environment.

Responsabilità
- Execute asset business plans to drive value creation, occupancy growth, and income across the portfolio
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, business plans and asset performance analyses
- Define and implement leasing strategies and manage key tenant relationships, supporting negotiations and renewals
- Oversee CAPEX programmes, refurbishment projects, and technical initiatives with alignment to budgets and timelines
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, support acquisitions, disposals, ESG initiatives and senior management reporting
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in Asset Management, Investment Management or similar roles in logistics, industrial or commercial real estate
- Proven track record in asset business planning, leasing strategies, value creation and portfolio performance management
- Strong financial and analytical skills including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modelling, valuations and investment analysis
- Solid exposure to technical asset management, CAPEX planning, refurbishment projects and lifecycle management
