Join Qonto as Social Media Manager for Italy to define and execute the Italian social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will own content creation, calendar planning, and cross-functional coordination to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. You'll craft culturally resonant Italian content, manage paid campaigns, and use data to sharpen impact. This is an AI-driven, growth-focused role within a collaborative Southern Europe marketing team. You will shape Italy's social presence with autonomy and impact.

Responsabilità

• Define and own the Italy social strategy across IG, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Build and manage the monthly content calendar with cross-functional input
• Create hands-on content (shoot/edit) using CapCut, Edits, Figma, etc.
• Run and coordinate paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram with local agency, YouTube Ads support)
• Track KPIs, derive insights, and apply learnings to optimize strategy

Requisiti fondamentali

• 3–5 years of owning social media strategy for the Italian market
• B2B or consumer brand experience
• Perfect written and spoken Italian and English
• Data fluency with Sprout, Google Analytics, Looker Studio (or equivalents)
• Experience in influencer campaigns (end-to-end)
• Paid social experience with LinkedIn and Instagram briefings to agency
• Cultural sensitivity and Italian copywriting excellence
