Overview
In questo ruolo supporti l'Marketing Manager nell'area Consumer Marketing, coordinando attività digitali integrate (campagne online, social, email, sito, CRM e data analytics) per contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di visitatori in Italia. Lavorerai con team multifunzione per rendere i programmi sempre più integrati ed efficaci, gestendo social media italiani, attività PR digitali e reportistica. È un'opportunità per incidere su campagne locali e centrali, in un contesto orientato ai dati e al miglioramento continuo.
Responsabilità
- Supporto all'implementazione di campagne digitali e ottimizzazione delle taxonomy per aumentare l'engagement
- Lavoro cross-funzionale per integrazione di programmi a livello locale e internazionale
- Gestione degli account social italiani e gestione delle relazioni con partner di Community Management
- Supporto al budget e gestione conforme alle policy aziendali
- Gestione della programmazione di email automation e allineamento con attività online/offline
- Monitoraggio e analisi delle metriche digitali per migliorare costanza e impatto
- Supporto al rollout di campagne marketing locali e centrali, con pianificazione social e dati
- Supporto al Trade Executive nelle attività legate all'Industry Opportunities Programme e relative analisi
- Supporto al Publicity Executive in PR digitale e attività con influencer/blogger
- Organizzazione di eventi/receptions e altre attività richieste
- Conformità alle politiche GDPR e ad eventuali ulteriori compiti richiesti dall'azienda
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza precedente in Digital Marketing, inclusi Social Media e sistemi di Email marketing
- Capacità comprovata di copywriting per contenuti web/email in italiano
- Buone skills informatiche (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) e gestione database
- Alto livello di italiano scritto e parlato
- Buone capacità di lavoro autonomo e in team
- Buone capacità analitiche
- Ottime doti organizzative e gestione del tempo e attenzione al dettaglio
- Buone capacità interpersonali e comunicative
- Orientamento al lavoro di squadra
