Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1- Multi-Service for Atlanta Braves Player Development Academy for the Atlanta Braves Spring Training Facility located in Sunny Venice, Florida! This GM will oversee all food service operations on-site and oversee all Sodexo associates. This General Manager will have experience in the sports and entertainment industry of food service.

Our General Manager will have full account responsibilities including managing the day-to-day food operations, financials, food production, planning and executing high quality meals, ensuring HACCP, safety and sanitation requirements are met, menu/recipe compliance and implementation, catering, HR functions including staff training and scheduling and ordering and inventory. A successful candidate have a background in Sports and Entertainment Food Services and will maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will:

have oversight of day-to-day operations;
deliver high quality food service;
achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
develop strategic plans;
create a positive environment; and/or
ensure Sodexo standards are met.

have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.
