Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.

Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.

Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

A passion for travel and helping customers make the most of their journeys.
