Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Client Support Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and seek to assist Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries and needs in a professional and supportive environment.

Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and account issues effectively and professionally.

Document and track all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.

Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards and improve client experiences.

Identify areas for service improvement and get involved in discussions for enhancing customer support processes.

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.

Enthusiastic and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
