Strategic Global Partnerships & Fundraising Lead

INCO Group is seeking an experienced Global Partnerships and Fundraising Lead to drive the expansion of our funding pipeline and strategic relationships worldwide. You will lead multi-market partnership strategies, secure major philanthropic and corporate grants, and cultivate high-level donor engagement to support large-scale programs.
Based in Milan, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling funding proposals, manage complex budgets, and negotiate impactful deals
